pls tell about new AEO process, will it effect existing AEO candidates who have already enrolled since Jan 2012
I have login a file under the category of a cook / chef (through my immigration consultant), and it was logged on Jan 2012 in AEO (arranged employment option) for Canada. Later on after a period of 7-8 months, I got an offer letter from the local employer of Canada, now this process (AEO) was about to mature in 2-3 months; moreover my consultant had committed that only 2-3 months are just pending for completion the duration. Now all of a sudden I came to know there are some changes in AEO process and as per new amendments an ALMO is also required in existing processes and need more 2-3 months additional waiting for the same…. Please confirm
1-what the formalities are in ALMO process for the existing members who have already applied in the AEO process?
2-do we need to re-start the process from the beginning?
3- It will effect to my existing process?
4- More documentation formalities?
Please advice in details
