Immigration Applications Backlog Cancellation- Fderal court to deliver judgment by Second week of February
We Thank Mr Rakesh Garg for sharing the update
Regarding the subject matter I would like to bring this to your notice that the news “would be immigrants face another setback” is not correct and is wrong and not true. The case is still pending in the Federal Court of Canada in the court of Justice Rennie. The arguments in the case have been concluded on 14-16 January and is now fixed for certification of questions on 21st and 25th January 2013 after which the court may pronounce the judgement in the first or the second week of February 2013.
Thanks
