Among many industries, Canada is also facing a labor crisis in transportation, especially for truck and bus drivers. To tackle the labor shortage, the updated NOC has listed transport truck drivers and bus drivers as eligible occupational backgrounds for the requirements of Express Entry. Many student events are being canceled because of the lack of employees who can oversee the whole endeavor, including the transportation student. Moreover, student routes are being excluded due to the shortage of bus drivers in Montreal.
