Immigrants ‘Facing Deportation’ Explain They’re Very Excited About a Biden Presidency
Recently the illegal settlers who are residing in Denver and Colorado are facing deportation problems and have explained why they are hopeful about Joe Biden is being elected as the President. The Denver County does not credit ICE detainers unless and until accompanied by a warrant of crime or some other form which can provide the County a legal power to hold the immigrant, as per a policy implemented by the County in 2014.

They said that they hope in Joe Biden’s tenure positive changes take place, where they are not dependent on the sanctuary policies for their survival.
An illegal immigrant, Jeannette who is also facing a Mexico deportation, has said that it was about time that something was done, not only for her but for more than eleven million registered illegal foreigners.
Another immigrant, Ingrid, who is facing deportation to Peru, has said all the immigrants are very hopeful of Biden’s election as the president, who has taken up this issue, even during his election campaigns.
Immigration Policy of Biden:

His immigration which was already affirmed on his website for the campaign was centered on reversing Trump’s policy. The website stated that if Biden was elected as the President, he would stop all that was wrong with Trump’s policy which has waged a pounding attack on the value system of America, a land which has always been known as a nation of immigrants.
Biden had vowed that within a hundred days of his office, he would reverse the mean and senseless policies of Trump’s government, which had separated many children from their parents at the border. Also, he would end the injurious sanctuary policies of Trump.
Biden also has plans of giving a road to citizenship to illegal immigrants. The campaign on his website read that Biden would take necessary and detailed steps along with the Congress and make the immigration system modern and would try to keep all the families together with high priority. This will be done by providing a road map to get citizenship for almost 11 million unrecognized immigrants.
The campaign added that Biden would assertively support the legislation which would create an obvious roadmap for getting legal status and citizenship for all the unrecognized foreigners, who all have registered and are paying their taxes diligently. Also, they should have passed a proper background check.
