Steps To Follow For Applying For A Refugee Status

• Fill up the forms found in your application package.
• Upload these to the Canada Post epost Connect account.
• Immigration Officer will check up the documents and will tell you if something is missing. If the documents are correct, he will send you the acknowledgement letter.

Further, you will be called for the interview, and we will review the claim and determine if you are eligible for the status or not.

You can always apply for a refugee status on your port of arrival in the country, whether it is a seaport, land border or airport. An officer will determine if the claim is valid or not and will give you the confirmation accordingly.
