Palestine chess player disqualified
Doha — Palestine chess player Talal Shbaita was disqualified from the 15th Asian Games after he failed to play either of his first two games in the competition.
Chief arbiter Casto Abundo said Shbaita arrived late for his first game and as a result he lost the game without playing. “He failed to show up for the second round and was disqualified,” said Abundo.
