It must be remembered that you are only allowed to work for the company that is mentioned on your work visa. Working for another company may lead to getting your visa nullified.

It really depends on the visa you have applied for. If the employer’s name is on the visa, you have to stick to working with the same company. However, if you have an open visa, you can work for any employer. In case of a closed visa, if you are dissatisfied with your present employer, you apply for permission to change employers. For that, you would require a new visa.
