Canada Working Holiday Program

What is a Working Holiday Visa?

A Working Holiday Visa is a travel permit which allows travelers to undertake employment in the country issuing the visa for the purpose of supplementing their travel funds. Due to many financial constraints, many travelers may have anticipated that lack of funds might catch them in the other country. Working holiday visa allows them to compensate for the expenses used when they will travel to the foreign country. Allowing them to earn is such an act of kind given to them.

What countries offer such permit?

To practice fairness, the permit is usually done reciprocally. Meaning the country offering the working holiday visa to one citizen, is expected to receive the same treatment to the country of the latter. There is a mutual agreement between the 2 countries so there will be a mutual exchange in financial, cultural and social aspects. Countries that offer such permit include Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and United Kingdom.
