Every year thousands of students apply for a Canadian study visa or permit, and only a few are selected for studying in Canadian universities.

Despite an average academic record, various options are available to regain your eligibility that can help to get your visa and carry on your study in Canada.
IELTS or TOEFL
IELTS or TOEFL is a mandatory language test, especially for those students who belong to Non-English speaking nations.
Securing better scores in the test will help you in making your application resourceful.
SAT Exam
Scholastic Assessment Test or SAT is an entrance exam taken by the international students for getting enrollment in undergraduate courses.
Getting a sturdy score on the SAT exam will specify that your low academic score doesn’t reflect your robust capabilities.
Extracurricular Activities
During your school studies if you actively took participation in extracurricular activities like sports, music, dance and others, then you have a chance of getting ahead of other students as many Canadian universities prefer to admit overall active students.

Ask your teacher or coach to write a recommendation letter for you as your teacher knows you better than anyone else.
