SINP sub category happens to be a base sub-category. This simply means that the category is not aligned with federal Express Entry immigration selection system. Those who are not eligible for Express entry(due to language ability or any other thing) can become eligible for SINP Sub-category.

MPNP for skilled foreigners—This grants LAAs through two sub-categories of skilled workers stream. Under MPNP’s EOI points based system, candidates are selected under a ranking system.
