Dahi 400gm
Saffron- a few strands
Sugar 100gm, powdered
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Nuts finely chopped; optional

Method:
Put dahi in a muslin cloth and allow it to hang for 30 minutes or keep a strainer with fine mesh. Press to make sure that the excess water is removed. Soak the saffron strands in 1 tbsp water. Pass the hung curd through the strainer to get smooth thick curd. In a bowl mix together the strained curd, sugar, soaked saffron strands and cardamom powder. Transfer to a serving dish/ individual cups, and decorate with finely chopped nuts. Serve chilled.
