3/4 cup raw corn
3/4 cup peanuts, roasted
1/2 cup potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
2 teaspoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
4 tablespoons cornflour
salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
juice of 1 lemon
12-14 cutlets
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer except potatoes, cornflour and baking powder. Grind to a fine paste.
2. Mix potatoes, cornflour and baking powder to the above paste.
