Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1 cup (250ml) curd, 1 clove garlic crushed, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper

Method: Grate and wash the cucumbers. Further, place it in a sieve and remove most possible moisture, by squeezing. Mix the ingredients and use it as a sauce.
