1 cup dalia 150 grams paneer (cottage cheese) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon red chilly powder 2-3 green chillies- chopped finely ½’’ ginger piece- chopped finely 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder) 2-3 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon lime juice oil for frying
18-20 pieces
1. Soak dalia in water for 1 hour. Strain. Squeeze out excess water by pressing well.
2. Mix crumbled paneer and all other ingredients to the dalia. Mix well.
3. Form into balls or 1’’ long rolls and deep fry 1 or 2 pieces at a time in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot
