Ingredients: ¼ cup low fat mayonnaise, ¾ cup plain curd, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon curry powder, 2 tablespoons chili sauce
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix them all up well. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours. Serve chilled.
