2 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Milk/Water 1/2 cup Pain boondi (tiny fried balls of gram flour batter) 1/4 tsp. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp. Cumin seed powder (roasted) 1/2 tsp. Black pepper powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp. Coriander leaves chopped finely

15 Minutes (Excluding Chilling time)
1. Add boondi to warm water and let it soak for 2-3 minutes so that it becomes soft. Then drain it.
2. Beat the yogurt and milk to get smooth consistency.
3. Add salt, black pepper powder and chili powder. Mix well.
4. Add boondi and mix well.
5. Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds powder on the top.
6. Chill it for 1-2 hours.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve chill.
This is an Indian side dish of yogurt,Boondi and spices served as an accompaniment to the main meal.
Variation : Add some peppermint and pisa bhuna Jeera(roasted cumin powder) for relishing taste.
