Churn the garlic into a paste form. Now, in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala, a quarter teaspoon of zeera powder, half a teaspoon anardana powder, half a teaspoon mango powder & just a pinch of edible red colour. Add about four tablespoons of fresh curd to it. Mix well. Place this paste aside.
Now cut the cottage cheese into cubes of equal size. Apply this paste to all the cubes. Place the marinate aside for 30 minutes.
Now place these cubes on the high grill of your oven & cook it on 100% power for 10 minutes. Paneer tikka is ready.
Serve hot with garlic sauce or chutney.
