1.Clean & wash palak & chop it finely.
2.Boil the chopped palak putting it in pressure cooker, till 2-3 whistles
3.Now grind the palak in a mixer.
4.Put the pan on gas & add oil in it.
5.Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies & tomato & then fry them.
6.Add crushed palak in it. Fry this mixture till it leaves all its oil.
7.Now fry the cheese, cut into pieces in a separate pan & add it into palak.
8.Cook for another 4-5 mints. Serve hot with butter on it.
