250gm paneer, ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese 2 Tbsp. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, ½ Tbsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. sliced onions
Place all ingredients except onions in food processor container; cover. Process until well blended. Transfer to serving bowl. Stir in onions; cover. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Garnish with additional sliced onions, if desired.
Serve it with Wafers, Snacks or other light snacks. Use it as a Dip
