Be Happy!

It’s not hard to be happy. Just smile and laugh and you will know who you are inside and that's one of the best attributes that you have for yourself. Life is too short to dwell on the negativities of life.

There are hard times in life but you can always make a situation happy and positive and learn something from it. It would start with understanding what makes 'you' happy, and not what makes 'other' people happy. Learn to control your mood instead of it controlling you.

You don't find happiness, you make happiness, you choose happiness it depends entirely on you if you want to be happy or you don't want to. Discover yourself, try to know who you want to be and what brings YOU the most happiness and contentment. Happiness is man's greatest aim in life....As they say "Happiness is the ultimate realization that everything was, and is, exactly as it should be."

Happiness is contagious just like a smile when you reflect happiness, then all others around you catch the happy bug and are happy too. So to sum it all it isn't bad to be happy. Try being happy one morning and you will find yourself doing it almost everyday seeing the results.
