UK introduces new immigration rules to discourage immigration for skilled workers.

The immigration rules are yet to become tougher for skilled migrants of India.
As per the new rules of UK visa, skilled workers who aspire to work in UK in tier one category must have a master’s degree or a salary of previous job must be more than £ 20,000.

The skilled workers of India are highly disappointed by the new rules and have raised their voice against such tough rules that would certainly restrict applicants moving to UK through tier 1. Indians constitute the largest number of foreign group in Britain and the new rules are sure to restrict their incoming.

The new UK visa rules would result in putting halt to many Indians’ move to UK and thereby will not be able to give their contribution to British economy. The viewpoint of the British Government is that the number of immigrants must be put under check in order to assist the economy overcome the unemployment rates prevailing in the period of recession.

The government actually aims to make British jobs available for British people and so adopting tough steps to discourage immigrants. This policy of government has indeed shown positive sign in favour of British as the numbers of temporary migrants show a downhill trend in statistics.
