Police orders Bihar legislator's arrest

Patna -- Bihar Police Thursday issued an arrest order against ruling Janata Dal-United legislator Ranvijay Singh who has been on the run since his bail was cancelled after he was charged for murder.

The Aurangabad district superintendent of police Sushil Khopre issued the order.

"Raids have been conducted at several places in Aurangabad and Gaya district to arrest Singh," said a police source here.

Singh is the prime accused in a murder during the 2005 assembly polls in Goh constituency. He represents Goh in the state assembly.
