“Immigration system” needs to be more effective to come up with better results.

The cities and territories are not happy with the broken state of immigration system, and moreover they are not equipped to fix the immigration system.

They can take the step of spot the local illegal immigrants and try to crack them down, but this would give the worse turn to the problem. The problems of immigration system need to be reviewed and fixed by congress by the means of involved and needed policies.

States has enforced the laws that if any business institute is spotted hiring employees without authentic documents, or if they do not take part in E-Verify, the licenses of such businesses would be revoked. This year has witnessed remarkable number of bills being introduced by states.

The business groups of certain states have significant contribution in the way to nullify the tough immigration bills. The business groups try to validate their step of hiring the workers with unauthentic documents that they need workers and it’s difficult to keep this factor under consideration every time. They complained that the laws need more perfection, and these ill-conceived laws have many a times punished the genuine companies and employees. They are trying their level best to bring more legal workers and to fix the loopholes of federal system in order to verify the new workers.

The increase in the number of raids on business institutions has conspicuously revealed the phenomenon of hiring the illegal immigrant, but amongst this lot business firms sometimes blame federal agents for being wrong. The employers are not able to dive deep into the identity and status of the workers after being hired, because they restricted because of anti-immigration laws.

The debate on immigration issues has many problematical truths involved in it. The prevailing immigration law needs up gradation in number of visas and more strict measures should be adopted to check the authenticity of the documents. This would indeed prove to be very effective in proper enforcement of laws in states and give away all confusions.

The bitter debate of AWOL has brought this idea to limelight that the sole reason the emergence of a country from immigration chaos can be business interests.
