HIV-positive immigrant held guilty of cheating his girlfriends.

A thirty-five year old immigrant has been held guilty of not warning his two formers girlfriends about his medical report before having unprotected sex with them. He is currently serving his eight-year tenure in jail and thereafter, he would automatically stand deported.
He filed afresh appeal in Manitoba that he informed his partners about the condition of his health and still they chose to have unprotected sex. The highest court of Manitoba rejected his appeal.
First victim was a seventeen years old girl who aborted the child, as she got pregnant. The other woman also got pregnant and gave birth to a child and luckily, both are tested to be HIV negative.
As per the investigation of FREE PRESS, there were complaints against this man in 2002 and 2004 from a woman in the same context of health. The action was taken late in 2005 when the same woman came forward for the appeal.
The Crown revealed in front of the court that in spite of the fact that the man was warned not to risk his partner’s health, he continued to lie about his health. He even denied his condition in front of the woman when she questioned her about his health.
