Noose tightening around fraudulent Immigration Agents

Seems like gone are the days when immigration agents used to fake documents with impunity for getting Visa.

Authorities in US are tightening noose around the immigration agents who used to assist in making fake papers to get their clients US Visa. In a similar case, a 48-year-old Lawrenceville man was sent to prison for his role in assisting people in making forged documents to get US Visa.

Shim, used to operate an English-language school Humana Language Learning Center, which he used as a front to let immigrants live illegally.

He used to assist the illegal immigrants in preparing their fraudulent visa documents. He was charged with charges of making vulnerable and assisting illegal aliens to enter and remain in the United States.

Shim pleaded guilty to the federal charges.
