What would be a good Business with Low Investment

Hi
I have immigrated to Vancouver and want to set up a small business as I dont have much money to invest. If any body could guide me as to which business should i start?

Now a days we have to be careful in investing our hard earned money. After the wall street issues even the MNC banks are struggling like other investors. Think before you invest your hard earned money. First dont expect more returns from your investment. Invest less in the beginning.
