suggestion related to career

Hello,
I am a student of M.B.B.S.I am pursuing my studies and am about to start with my internship. I need your suggestion that as I plan to settle in Canada, will it be helpful for me in getting job there if I do my internship from there, or would it be same if I do it from India.
