US can detect fake Immigration arrival-departure stamps

To control the increasing number of illegal immigrants in the country, U.S. immigration authorities are taking strict steps to check false immigration stamps.

Recently the growing number of fake stamp records is been a cause of worry for the immigration authorities of the country. Hence to keep a strict control on such unofficial proceedings the authorities are tightly scrutinizing all the entrants to the country.
The Problem:
The fake arrival- departure stamps fraud is been troubling the U.S. immigration authorities these days. As in which some professional fraudulent practitioners hamper with the stamps producing a fake date on it so as to misguide the authorities and skip the immigrations checks and objectionable time limits. Thereby tampering and challenging the rules and regulations.
Such malpractices allowed the immigrants to miss checks and also led more illegal immigrants to the country creating further problems.
The strict check:
The US Department of the Homeland Security have started maintain the database for the arrivals and the departure which very easily detects the original dates of travel implying to those who are entering and departing country.
To avoid fraudulent inflow through wrong practices the immigration authorities initiated stricter ways. For anyone who is not a citizen to country and aspires to get in should possess proper documents that are they should have a valid visa with the adhered travel documents. Those found guilty may have to face serious consequences with difficult checks.
Also those do hold a green card to the country may not be allowed to enter even and will be sent off from the airport only.
Those holding a green card but have extended their stayed outside the country, getting in through this means may temporarily required to stay to prove their innocence and further get a new visa.
Punishment for those found guilty:
Those found guilty will be charged under the action of fraud and willful misrepresentation and will not be allowed to enter US in any case. Firstly when found by immigration inspector can taken to immigration court. This will only be valid for those who hold green card, but if one doesn’t have a green card, they do not possess any such right
Suggestions from Authorities:
The authorities are suggesting the entrants should not indulge in such practices; rather their back dating may put them in more problematic conditions. For those aspiring to enter country on any basis should respect the immigration system and should have complete documents with them rather than indulging themselves into fraudulent practices.
