Illegal Immigrants in U.S. considered to stay legally

Immigration Department in USA is open for discussion to make an attempt for settling down the illegal immigrants in the country. The process involves the fate of almost 11 million illegal immigrants present in United States of America.
The aim of discussion
House republicans attempt to provide legal residency status to the illegal immigrants; however, they would not be given citizenship as demanded by Democrats in the country.
The efforts to be taken up
There are suggestions to split the immigration legislation into smaller bills which would help the immigration department to deal with various issues individually.
With smaller bills, skilled immigrants and even the other kinds of immigrants would be getting better attention than they have been.
However, the advocates of Immigration have a stronger recommendation to prepare a broader legislation.
Various opinions on the issue
A senior person in the house raised a question on “differentiating between the extreme of mass deportation and a pathway to citizenship for the illegal present immigrants in USA.”
In fact, questions are raised on the issue of allowing illegal immigrants to live legally in the country and not awarding them citizenship.
To an answer, the experts have responded that making these illegal entities the citizen of the country would enforce “English learning” and payment of taxes, so it is better to legalize their presence than to make them citizens.
The recommendations made
Politically, people suggest to have a “comprehensive legislation” and to give preference to skilled workers, probably this issue can be sorted out first and may be separately too.
At the same time there are experts belonging to other school of thought who feel that the task would never be completed if one task is dealt separately. So, the best is to prepare a comprehensive legislation than to deal with the issue in bits and pieces.
There are experts who do not approve of the usage of term “amnesty” as they feel that it could throw a “bad sign” more than solving the problem.
Overall, the step is appreciated from many corners and people strongly believe that such a step would bring security and prosperity to the nation reducing the threat to the illegal immigrants as well as the citizens of USA.
