The reasons an Immigration application can be rejected

An Immigration application may be rejected due to many reasons

An applicant has to meet certain criteria to get entry to the soil of Canada, as an immigrant. The application when submitted asks for a series of details supported by documents. These documents are verified during the processing period and then an approval is given to it for further steps to be proceeded ahead.

However, the processing authority and the Immigration department would not a take a moment to reject an application which does not meet the required criteria.

The Immigration application may be rejected on the grounds of security, violation of human rights, criminal charges and convictions, financial causes, misinterpretation and any other reasons could be there which is in non-compliance with the laws and rules of Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Following could be the reasons:

Security

If your application displays a tinge of doubt about eroding the security of the nation you intend to enter then your application will be out rightly rejected.

Financial Reasons

If the officials underrated that your background is not strong enough to back your immigration financially and it would be even difficult for you to manage the entire cost of processing fee even, leave alone the air tickets then you may find your application to be rejected.

Criminal Offense

Your background and past shirty is checked with the local Police Department of the home country. If the record displays the presence of any criminal record against an applicant then he can be sure of his application standing cancelled. Even if you’re convicted of a criminal charge then also your application stands the same status.

Human rights violation

By any chance if your documents reflect that you have or you may violate the laws of human rights then CIC will out rightly cancel your application.

Skills and competencies

If your skill and competency does not match the requirement in a given province from which you are applying then you may see your application being put on hold or rather cancelled.

Migrating to Canada requires a lot of research right from the nascent stage of the planning. A special research has to be done on Ineligibility criteria so that one can take measures to ensure that the application does not reflect any such information which will see the status of application being cancelled.

However, CIC is stringent about its rule and regulations and they are sensitive about each and every application coming to them.
