Moving to Canada on PR basis

Question in Detail: 
I have done an MBA from Dublin, Ireland and now looking for a job in Saskatchewan. I am also working as a Customer Advisor in Multinational Company on a part-time basis from more than 6 years in Dublin, Ireland. Could you please let me know how and from where I can get job offer letter. Same as me, my wife is also have finished a Masters Degree in Commerce from India, and she has one year full time and 3 years part time job experience as an Accountant in a Private Firm. She is also looking for a job offer from Canada, Saskatchewan is the preference. Please let me know we are eligible to apply for PR in Canada? Any help from you will be much appreciated.
