Question in Detail:
I came to Canada as a baby. Lived there all my life until I was 40. I moved to the USA only after receiving WRONG information from immgration officers prior to moving. Was in the USA for 10 yrs and was removed under a dePARTATION order for violation of permanent residency requirements not met. My entire family, a minor child I currently have sole custody of, my children etc. I have my retirement in Canada that I will now loose & have no retirement in the USA. I have never been arrested in my life & appealed this but was denied based on lies & un-truths. I never moved my pensions & always intended to move back home (Ontario) to be close to my children, family & future grandchildren. Nearly 40 yrs spent in Canada apparently does not prove loyality. Now I am stuck in the USA alone without my kids, family a job etc... - 753 reads
