MARRIAGE DURING ON STUDENT VISA

Question in Detail: 
Hi, I am on a 2-yr student visa and will be going home to the Philippines on Christmas break to marry my fiancee. My question is, do I have to inform Canadian immigration of my marital status change? Will it affect my entry to Canada at all?
