Irregular arriving into Canada?

Greetings, I am in great danger of being killed in Afghanistan and at the moment I live in Pakistan (I flee from Afghanistan leaving my family behind). Religion created problem for me, I do not believe in Any religion including Islam. ( I am from a muslim family). I have been caught red handed by Afghanistan's government officials with some cartoons about Islam. If I enter Canada with a fake passport, will I still be arrested and will I have to wait for 5 years? or does it depend on the case? Kindly please do answer my question, I neither can live in Pakistan nor can I return to my country. Thanks a lot. B
