Immigration

Question in Detail:
Hello, I am currently a serving member of British Armed Forces. I would like to immigrate to Canada with my husband when I leave. I have done the online assessment and do not qualify as a skilled worker neither does my husband. I am a medical Administrator with management experience in both a medical practice and Aeromed. My Husband is a qualified Radiographer with a post graduate diploma and is currently practising as a ‘Physician Assistant’ (British qualified PA’s are not equated in Canada or USA). My question is: Is there any other way to immigrate as an unskilled worker? Thank you for any advice you can offer.
