immigration follow up

Hi all, I am a lebanese , 30 yrs single woman who applied since four years (precisely in 07/2008 ) for an immigration to canada thru quebec, - I passed the interview in 2009 and yet i dont have any new updates, I even cannot locate my file thru the immigration site I am now standing clueless, not knowing what is the next step though i paid all the governmental requested fees . Can anyone help me here ?
