How do I get back to the Canada with a study permit and visa?

Question in Detail:
I studied New Media at Conestoga College in 2010-2011, after that searched for media jobs but was unsuccessful. I didnt avail the Post-grad work permit, but got admission for nursing program at Centennial College for the Fall 2012. Due to unexpected domestic issues, had to return to India.
I have 10-year old son whom I had to take care as my mother fell sick and could no longer look after him. So I returned to India on March 25, 2012 and then I cancelled the nursing program thinking of ways to sponsor my son.
My question is
1. Can I apply for another one-year program and also bring my son to Canada?
2. Can I apply the Post-grad work permit now for which I cancelled to study the nursing program? So that I can work as well pursue with part-time study.
3. Kindly advice me whether Alberta, Vancouver or Saskatoon ideal place to relocate and find jobs? - 910 reads
