help me please.....

Hi everyone.... I have been dating a Canadian for 5 months now and we r really serious with one another...I've been going to Canada this whole time, Well they finally did a rap sheet on me and found some OLD charges on me and escorted and banned me for 10 yrs from Canada WTH this was back when I was 17-18 yrs old I am now a single mom of a 14 yr old raising him on my own honest woman goes to work daily and is trying to make it work for me and then this. I was talking with a Canadian supervisor and he told me to see if the charges where clear I did this spent a month doing this and faxed them all over to him including the one I didn't even know I had a fine for which I paid now but only 3 days ago so then he tells me I'm denied I have to apply for the rehabilitation program but NOW I have to wait 5 yrs to do so due to the date the fine was paid WTF! I'm in love he's engaged to me and now we are separated by a border how unfair is this. He can't come to america either as he was denied and then they say he can pay all this money and still be told no entry....Can anyone lead me what to do and where to do this or give me some advice on this situation it's been a month since I've seen my love....
