Fly from USA (I am out of status in US) with work permit visa, is a problem when you get in?

Question in Detail:
I am in US ( out of status ) and Canada immigration knows.I was approval at PNP and just applied for work permit. I will save $7000 if we ( my family) fly from US direct to Canada.
Other question is:
Will I have a problem on my PR if my work permit is not accept?The federal part is applied already. - 1260 reads
