Can a son be a live-in care giver for his mother who is a permanent resident in Canada ?

Question in Detail:
I live in another country abroad and my mother is a permanent resident living in Canada. Is it possible for me to apply as a live-in care giver if my aged-mother (70 years old) is willing to satisfy all the conditions necessary to help me get employment in Canada as a live-in care giver for her. Thanks and regards John.
