Can harassment be cause of deportation?

There is a woman who is harassing me and my relatives on facebook because im "seeing" her ex boyfriend. she keep sending obsense messages and texts. I blocked her from my end but my relatives on facebook doesnt know her. I already reported her to facebook but she just create fake accounts and send msg again. shes sending message that im a whore and all this worse name to call me to my family. I am a Canadian citizen and she in under a live-in caregiver working permit status. If i sue her for harassment and slander, will she be deported? - 929 reads
