Quebec Immigrant Investor Program is expected to reach limit within Weeks

The recently announced Quebec immigrant investor program is gaining instant popularity among the immigrant investors.

The current immigrant investor program is serving as an advantage over other immigrant programs hence it is expected that its intake might reach the limits within the few months and once all the numbers are filled the plan may be closed also.

As per the current reports The Ministry of Immigration and Cultural Communities of Quebec, they have received more than 560 immigrant investor’s application. This very Quota was announced for around 2700 case and is opened since 21st of March 2012.

Looking at such high response from the foreign investors it is expected that it will reach the limit of 2700 soon and hence the same program will be suspended till the March of coming year 2013.

According to the Nicolas Salerno, the Vice President of Arton Capital feels that if applications continued at the current pace the places will be filled soon and also the program has only the Canadian option for foreign immigrant’s investors.

Effect of this Plan:

As this plan is fully initiated the Federal Immigrant Investor Program is suspended for the time being as the quota for that has already reached to 700 applications. But hopefully it will again be initiated till 1st of July this year.

Another announcement by the Canadian Finance Minister has turned to start up the negotiations with the provincial government bodies for initiating better and active investor program. They soon expect to launch it by the July of this year.
