According to the a report by the Common’s Committee of Public Accounts, the UKBA don’t have appropriate records and don’t have exit records so that the authorities can make certain that the immigrants have left as when they scheduled to. It provides an insight to the issues which led to the failure by the border authorities to check on the number of immigrants entering and leaving.

The MP’s reports state that most of the workers come to the country through such transfers only. Around ten thousands IT workers have been to the country through such intra company transfers, whereas it is found that the country It workers finds it difficult to get a job.
The committee asks the agency to manage the employers list that who are complying with the immigration rules or not so, that actual number could be managed as to see to that only migrants with eligible visa are staying in the country.
