Now Students may Skip Cash but can still get Visa

To attract more overseas students to the country, Australian government have now lowered their financial restrictions for those who aspire to study in Australian University.

The Australian immigration authorities have come up with new amendments with the immigration rules, to encourage more foreign students to pursue their higher studies and course in Australian Universities.
Knight Reforms:
Now for those students aspiring to come and study in country’s universities can get higher education visas now will not suffer even if they have low or less financial resources. Now as per the Knight students, visa reforms those genuine students will be still found eligible for visas even if they are not able to show any financial resources to the immigration authorities.
As per the present rules the students who are coming to study in Australian Universities should have show at least $ 100,000 that is one of the important requirements to get an education visa.
But now with the streamlining of rules according to the new requirement, now the students coming for the next session only needs to arrange for their tuition fees and living cost in the country.
The authorities have declared the cuts up to $ 36,000 for the financial condition especially for those coming for vocational courses and others from the countries like India, China and others.
With the coming of this rule Australian universities are now suggesting that the aspirants should at least declare to $ 18,000 for their whole year living expenses.
Further to encourage more students, the authorities ensures that the universities will also be able to provide recruitments to the deserving students in case they are covered under lowest immigration risk their initial country would not make any difference.
Not only this the overseas students the ones who will be graduating with a bachelor degree will also be getting permit to work for two years in the country in all the fields.
It’s Affects:
According to the Bob Birrell, an expert from Monash University feels that no financial condition for the education sector for the country is quiet important and may create trouble for the industry. According to him those who will not be able afford minimum living expenses will also try to avail this opportunity to study in the country’s university.
Now the Knight report holds high faith in new policy that will prove to be more effective in guiding for granting students visas. For now to earn a student visa one should have genuine temporary visitor or student grant to the country.
