-International Graduate
-Community Identified
-Non dependent Children of Nominee
-Agriculture and Food Sector Stream
1. Worker of a Family Business- The applicant must have:
-Someone owning a business in Nova Scotia should be a relative of the Immigrant and provide him a permanent Nova Scotia Job offer.
-Applicant should be skilled with work experience and have a license.
2. Skilled worker- The applicant must have
-A permanent job offer from a Canadian Employee who has no other option of hiring workers from any other source but immigration.
-Basic and functional knowledge of English.
-Minimum of thirteen years of schooling or grade 12 of Nova Scotia
3. International Graduates- The applicant must have
-Acquired a diploma or a certificate or a degree from a recognized post-secondary Institution in Canada within the past two years from the date of application. It should be a full time program.
-A permanent and full time job offer from a Nova Scotia employer.
-Adequate financial support.
4. Community Identified- The applicant must have
-An established connection with a community in Nova Scotia.
- Should be able to make contributions to Canadian economy.
-Must possess a letter from an organization authorized by Nova Scotia Immigration Office.
5. Non dependent Children of Nominee- the applicant must have-
-A non dependent offspring of a Candian citizen or permanent resident who immigrated through the PNP
-A minimum of a year long full time work experience in the field of studies competed within the last five years.
6. Agriculture and Food Sector Stream- The applicant must have
-Adequate experience in farming for a minimum period of three years.
-Enough financial support.
-Have to submit a detailed plan of agri-business and capacity to make a minimum equity investment.
In all the above mentioned categories an applicant has to meet an age criteria.
