New UK immigration rules announced by UKBA

United Kingdom, 18th August: A new set of rules have been revealed by the UK Border Agency for aspirants wanting to work in the UK or visit the nation.

The UKBA (UK Border Agency) has stated that all aspiring immigrants must adhere to the new UK immigration rules to avoid any disappointments later on.
New UK visa rules by UKBA—Among the new set of policies unveiled by the UKBA include reminder to the UK visa applicants that the validity period of online UK visa application is going to be 30 days beginning from the date when application procedure for online UK visa form is started, revealed an official spokesperson of the UKBA.
So, the UKBA will not owe any responsibility for the application forms for online UK visas that older than the stipulated period of 30 days, the UKBA spokesperson further added.
Now is the time for all aspiring UK visa applicants to act fast and follow the procedure of having relative documents for UK visa, paying application fees and booking an appointment before the expiry of the given deadline.
All applicants need to be wary of not submitting any applications older than 30 days period or they will have to go through the entire process once again, the spokesperson of UKBA clarifies.
UK Tier 1(Exceptional talent) visa thrown open—Applications are being invited for the UK Tier 1 visa scheme for Exceptional Talent under the points based system of the UK immigration. This category is meant for individuals possessing exceptional or proven talent in science and arts sector throughout the world.
Those wanting to apply for this UK visa category need to be outside the UK for making applications since the UKBA will reject any applicants made from within the UK.
New rules for UK Tier 1(post study work) visa—New guidelines have been published by the UKBA for the UK Tier 1(post study work) visa under the PBS (points based system).
Changes in the UK immigration rules for trainee docs on a foundation scheme (under the UK Tier 4 visa) will enable switching to UK Tier 1(post study work) visa within one month before the ending of their program. The same rule will be applicable for applicants under the UK Tier 2 visa scheme.
