And all these changes will become effective from 1st May, 2014.

Canada’s new rules for Federal Skilled Worker Program—FSWP(Federal Skilled Worker Program) will have a new set of occupations and new caps for FSWP.

The new norms will become effective from 1st May, 2014.

Canada’s government will have new rules for FSWP. And new rules will be applicable for Canada Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades programs.

Canada will accept 25,000 new applicants for FSW from 1st May, 2014.

For this, an applicant must have not less than 1 year of work experience in any of the 50 occupations mentioned on the list of eligible occupations.

For each eligible occupation, Canada will be accepting not more than 1,000 applications. And these new changes are great news for many aspirants wanting to come to Canada as skilled workers.
