The new immigration rules U.S. have made it easier for the entrepreneur immigrants to get the country’s visa.

According to the changes stated by the federal government this week now they entrepreneurs can easily get green cards for staying in the country. This step has been taken by making the immigration system more transparent for them.
As per the announcement made by the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, now the initial application process for the visas regarding H-1B and EB-2 has more clear guidelines specifying and clarifying the basic requirements for the skilled immigrants who aspire to stay and work in the country.
This new change will also streamline the process for attaining EB-5 visas under the category immigrant investor, through which the overseas people can invest in to the American companies and will able to get the green card in a speedy way.
According to the Stephen Yale-Loehr, who is an immigration attorney as well as an adjunct professor of immigration law at Cornell University Law School, “The small changes in these new rules are still on the way.” As per him these rules would bring an important change that would mark a difference by lowering down the employer sponsorship condition which is applicable to an overseas entrepreneur who can now tell that he is working in the national interest of the country.
The national interest here refers as according to Yale-Loehr that before an immigrant entrepreneur used to have an employer and employee relationship foremost and the national interest used to be vivid, but as per the new rules now the government is making it more liberal the national interest concept which would now allow entrepreneurs even the solo ones to easily get this standard.
The immigration attorney states that the interested entrepreneurs or even the sole businessmen who have established their board of directors for their own business and are able to show that they are taking raw material from the country or is employing the people of country are most found reasonable and will be qualified under this category.
But these upcoming new rules do not intend to raise the quotas which are ongoing due to the long waiting lists especially people interested from non-EU countries such as India and China. The attorney further states that, “No-doubt that the it is an immigration based country, but ensure that it is not easy for anyone to come and stay here until unless they are genuine and helpful in able to fulfill country’s objectives”.
