Applicants conceal that information which they consider to be obstacles in the process of Immigration.
The kind of information’s concealed

• They are also seen to be hiding the information on any child born to a partnership which is socially not recognized.
• They hide the information of adopting a child legally too.
The reason behind concealing
Some applicants live under the impression that an independent applicant will hold brighter chance of immigration than a dependent one, hence they conceal the information.
Applicants live under the notion that Immigration Department would never come to know about their marriage, but the truth is they do, and later the applicant with falsified information Amy face severe consequences.
The need of revealing
Every applicant must read the laws of Canada well, before hiding any fact from the Immigration Department. If a relationship falls under the privies of the nation’s laws then he will face no difficulty in processing his application form.
It may be a “live in relationship” or even a “child who belongs to unmarried parents” and it could be an adopted child, if they are covered by the laws of the nation, then they should be revealed. Even otherwise, any such information should always be revealed to avoid complication in the future.
The consequences
Any undeclared relationship will be barred from being included in the family and will also not be allowed to enter Canada under family class.
Once the Immigrant enjoys the status of permanent resident or citizen of the country, he may be inadmissible to the nation for ammonium period of two years.
He will also not have the right to sponsor any undeclared member foot he family, in future if they want to come and join the applicant.
Message to Immigration Department
The message is loud and clear for Immigration Department as well, and the message is to review the laws in such a manner that applicant feel free to furnish their real picture while filling up the application form.
Expecting truth fullness from the Immigrant applicants has to conjoint with the review in the process of application and the laws pertaining to Immigration. Both are interdependent and cannot run in an isolated fashion.
