The fake immigration taking place through the inter transfers among the multinationals are doing no good to anybody.

Immigration through the employers has currently been known for the easy and comfortable way to pass the gates of rules and regulations of the country.
It has been found that overseas workers enter the country through this route and then no turn up as it is doing no good to the country as well as for them even.
It has been studied under a report by Committee of Public Accounts on the immigration point based system states that large number of the foreign workers is entering the country with help such transfers, as this can be done without much restrictions. It further tells that the entering workers mostly belong to IT sector and coming of them fake migration also affects the UK IT workers to find the job.
Due to such transfer scenario the local skilled worker have to face unemployment issues which in itself a serious concern for the country.
It is cleared out that the most skilled workers entering the country through this route come with specific job by passing through only limited immigration issues but after entering the country may not continue with same job and start looking for the other one.
The MPs also commented that Border Authorities are not working properly to protect the country’s resident’s workers rights, they lack control over the whole process and the immigrants get over them and take an advantage over the loopholes. They further pointed the need for improvement in the point based system.
Now the UK border agency is looking into the matter and employers may have to face tightening in the coming time due to the amendments in the immigration rules. Now they have to go through the tougher controls for bringing in the sponsored foreign workers from non EU countries.
As now they are working to protect the UK workers and to stop the skilled immigrants coming from outside Europe using this inter transfer way, the government has introduced a plan of minimum salary of £40,000 that is the eligibility criteria for the transfer.
But the MPs have come up with the conclusion that as this allotted amount includes the living allowances also and it does brings out the true salaries, that gives an idea that less expensive foreign workers from Non EU countries are still coming in.
Now to control such fake transfers UK Border agency are going to take actions by tightening the rules for immigration.
